Parents visit a school website with one question at a time: are admissions open, what are the timings, is there a notice today, who do I call. Asha Public School needed a site that answers those questions instantly and that the school office can keep current without technical help. Vedspace designed and built it in three weeks, in time for the admissions season.
School websites tend to be built for the school, not for families: organised by department, updated rarely, and hard to read on a phone. APS wanted the opposite — a site organised around what parents ask, always current, and trustworthy enough to carry admissions.
We started with the questions families bring and built the structure around them: admissions, notices, academics, facilities and contact reachable from the first screen. Notices, admissions details and events are managed by the school office in a simple editor, so the site stays accurate through the year. The design is calm and readable, with the school’s identity carried through without clutter, and every page is fast on ordinary connections.
The Asha Public School website is live and run by the school itself — admissions, notices and contact always current, and parents finding what they need in a tap or two. Enquiry numbers are the school’s to share.
