What a case study should actually tell you
A useful case study states the business problem before it states the solution, describes the constraints that shaped the approach and is specific about what was decided and why. It should also be honest about what was traded away, because every project trades something. Case studies that lead with technology names and finish with an unattributed percentage tell you very little; the interesting content is the reasoning. Where we publish results, we publish what has been verified and agreed with the client rather than what would read best.
