We Build Apps, Websites & Software That Turn Ideas Into Products.

Custom software development, mobile app development, web development and MVP development for startups, businesses and ambitious ideas.

WHAT DO YOU NEED BUILT?

A site that explains what you do and turns qualified visits into conversations.

  • Structure organised by visitor intent
  • Performance and accessibility budgeted in
  • Content your team can edit without us
THE VEDSPACE METHOD

No handoffs. One team answerable for the result.

You are not passed between a sales team, a design agency and a development shop. The people who scope the work deliver it, and the scope is yours whether or not you continue.

CAPABILITIES

Vedspace brings product direction, experience design, engineering and delivery together so decisions remain connected from the first conversation to launch.

CLIENTS

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Start where the uncertainty is. A definition stage answers what to build, a product build delivers it in reviewable stages, and a partnership continues the work once it is live.

01

Definition stage

A short, scoped piece of work that turns an objective into a plan you can price and disagree with.

  • Objectives, users and constraints
  • Written scope with exclusions
  • Approach and delivery plan
Fixed scope · yours to keep
02

Product build

Delivery in reviewable stages, each ending in working software rather than a progress report.

  • Design running ahead of engineering
  • Decisions recorded with reasoning
  • Scope reviewed against the objective
Staged · inspectable
03

Ongoing partnership

Continued product work after launch, scoped the same way as the original engagement.

  • Measurement and iteration
  • Infrastructure and operations
  • Handover whenever you want it
Rolling · exit at any point
WHY IT MATTERS

The work is scoped in the open, delivered as running software you can inspect at every stage, and handed over in a state another team could maintain. That is what makes it something to be proud of, on your side and ours.

  • One accountable team
  • Written scope before any build
  • Source and accounts in your name
  • Handover whenever you want it

HOW WE WORK

We reduce uncertainty before expanding scope. Each stage creates something reviewable, from the product brief and prototype to working software and operating documentation.

HOW VEDSPACE WORKS

A clear path from business problem to dependable product.

WHAT WE HOLD TO

Source in your accounts, infrastructure defined as code, decisions recorded with their reasoning. Most of a system’s cost falls after launch, and that cost is set by how well the first team explained itself.

THE STACK

Technology is selected after the product is understood. These are the layers every engagement touches and the reasoning we apply at each one.

LayerTypical choicesHow the choice is made
Web platformsReact · Next.jsRendering strategy chosen per surface, so indexable pages stay fast and applications stay interactive.
Backend & APIsPython · Django · NodeConventional structure over clever abstraction, because most of a system’s cost falls after launch.
DataPostgreSQL · RedisModels built to be reported on, since reporting is always needed and painful to add late.
MobileNative · Cross-platformThe choice follows the product definition, with the trade-off written down either way.
Cloud & deliveryDocker · CI/CD · IaCEnvironments reproducible from code, so releasing is routine rather than an event.
AI capabilitiesRetrieval · EvaluationFeatures scored against your own examples before they are trusted in front of users.

PRACTICAL INSIGHTS

COMMON QUESTIONS

If something here is not answered, it is a good thing to raise in a first conversation.

How does an engagement start?

With a short definition stage that produces a scope, an approach and a realistic cost. A fixed quote given before anyone understands the problem is a guess that someone eventually pays for.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Source, infrastructure accounts and data sit with your organisation throughout, and handover is part of the engagement rather than a separate negotiation.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes, starting with a technical and product review so the recommendation reflects what is actually there rather than what was intended.

How do you handle scope changes?

Scope is expected to move as evidence arrives. What stays fixed is the objective and the review cadence, and changes are discussed against that objective rather than absorbed silently.

Who will we actually work with?

The people who define the work stay involved while it is delivered. Team shape is decided per engagement rather than assigned from a standard pod.

What if we want to bring it in-house?

That is planned for. Conventional structure, infrastructure as code and recorded decisions mean an incoming team can read the system instead of reverse-engineering it.
